Like any chatbot, it is only as good as the prompts given to it. With this guide, we hope to help you use the chatbot to the best of its ability!
It is important to note, we do not connect the AI system to any of your user data. This means you can not ask questions about pins or other pieces you have added in SiteMarker.
To find the chatbot, you will see a new screen in the banner with the AI Help button.
In the case that this button is in the way of anything, you are able to drag it to move it anywhere you would like.

While we do not access user data, we connect to the SiteMarker Knowledge base to train it on our features. And it can access all information about the industry, problems related to the industry, or related pieces.
