How do I change my workspace

Workspaces are used to differentiate teams, companies, or anything you want to be separated within your company

Joining a Workspace

Users can be a part of different workspaces (depending on your plan), learn how to create and change them here

If you already have a Site Marker account and have been invited to a new workspace there will be a red dot by the notification panel on web admin:

 

Clicking this notification will open up an accept box:

After accepting the invite to join the workspace you have to now change into that workspace.

Changing Workspaces

As we have two platforms, the Web Admin and Mobile Apps, there are multiple areas of switching workspaces.

Web Admin

1. This panel is visible at all points of Site Marker use. clicking on the button and then selecting the workspace you want will take to that workspace

2. This drop-down is only available in the Teams section. It works the exact same, where you click on the workspace you want to enter.

This is also the only place you can create another workspace if you choose to do so. After clicking on the drop down you will see "Create Workspace" which allows you to name another workspace and adds your account as an owner.

Mobile App

On the mobile application you have to click on the menu button in the top left

Tapping on the drop down at the bottom of the menu screen will open up all workspace options
