Sharing a Report From Publish
There are a few different options to share a report. Starting off with when you create a report, after clicking publish, we enable you to share with select people via email automatically once the report is complete.
Upon clicking publish, you will see several options:
- Add in emails (SiteMarker members or members outside of SiteMarker). Sending an email to outside users will not invite them to join your workspace.
- Upon the report publication, the email with the report link will automatically send to the selected people with settings you added:
- Send the email individually to each person in case you do not want everyone in one chain.
- Restrict access to only those you invited
- Anyone with the link is able to view the report (less controlled)
- Attach the PDF as an attachment
- CC yourself on the emails out
- Write a message to the body of the email giving context to what you are sending, as well as preview this message.
